Leadership Johnson County believes that everyone possesses leadership skills. Today, more than ever, leaders need to practice a style of leadership that is based on collaboration and that appreciates diverse points of view.

Through a nine month program, LJC fosters such leadership skills by providing personal and professional development to a diverse group of individuals interested in improving individual skills and making connections.
