General Application Information

Any resident of Johnson County may apply to participate in Leadership Johnson County.  Non-residents of Johnson County may also apply provided those individuals have worked or have been active in the county for at least two (2) years immediately prior to the time of application.  Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to their potential for leadership, would contribute to the overall diversity of the class.  An important factor in the selection decision will be an individual’s commitment and interest in serving the Johnson County community.  A review committee of the Board of Trustees will select Leadership Johnson County participants on the basis of completed applications.

The deadline for LJC Class of 2010-2011 applications and scholarships is March 24, 2010.
